“Working with Jon Spica was a wonderful experience. We went into the project expecting a few hiccups, just based on experiences we had over the years building 3 custom homes and doing other renovation projects (using different builders). Thankfully, we did not experience any of that with Jon. He was attentive, on the job almost every day, and up front and direct about the process from start to finish. The working relationship was a breeze, as Jon respected what we, the homeowners, wanted out of the house while also being diligent in regards to bringing up any considerations we might want to be aware of before making any major decisions. His contributions on design decisions was spot on and it was a pleasure to work with a builder who wanted to explore creative solutions rather than just settling for the easy solution. Jon takes enormous pride in the work and was very attentive to the budget and the need to get the work done quickly as it was a rental property that needed to get back on line as soon as possible. Even though there was a need to expedite the work quickly the workmanship was of the highest quality.
